Building Web3 Infrastructure That Actually Works
We started ignitemotionlight in early 2023 because too many blockchain projects felt disconnected from real user needs. Our small team in Tainan decided to focus on something different — creating dApps that people would actually want to use, not just speculate on.
What We're Really Doing Here
Most blockchain development shops talk about disruption and transformation. We're more interested in solving practical problems. Our focus stays on the Taiwan market because we understand the regulatory environment here, the payment preferences, and what businesses actually need when they explore decentralized tech.
We've watched projects fail because they prioritized technical complexity over user experience. So our approach centers on making blockchain interactions feel as straightforward as using any modern app. No jargon-filled interfaces, no confusing wallet management — just functional tools that happen to run on decentralized infrastructure.

The People Behind the Code
Brynjar Lindstrom
Lead Blockchain Architect
Brynjar joined us after spending three years working on Ethereum layer-2 solutions in Stockholm. He relocated to Taiwan in 2024 and brings a refreshingly pragmatic view to smart contract development. When he's not debugging Solidity code, you'll find him exploring Tainan's night markets.
Saoirse Gallagher
User Experience Lead
Saoirse came from a fintech background in Dublin and spent two years at a traditional banking app before switching to Web3. She constantly pushes back when our designs get too technical, which is exactly why we need her. Her work on wallet onboarding cut our user drop-off rate by half.
How We Actually Build Things
Test With Real Users First
We prototype every interface with people who've never touched crypto before. If someone can't complete a basic transaction within two minutes, we redesign it. This approach takes longer upfront but saves months of post-launch fixes. Our beta testing groups in Tainan include small business owners, not just tech enthusiasts.
Build for Tomorrow's Regulations
Taiwan's blockchain regulatory framework keeps evolving, so we design our dApps with flexibility baked in. Every project includes compliance checkpoints, and we work closely with legal advisors who understand both traditional finance and decentralized systems. Better to slow down development than rush into regulatory problems later.
What Guides Our Decisions
Honest About Limitations
Blockchain isn't the answer to every problem. We turn down projects when decentralization doesn't add real value, and we're upfront about what current technology can and can't handle. This honesty has actually helped us build stronger client relationships.
Local Context Matters
We design for the Taiwan market specifically because generic global solutions miss important cultural and practical details. Payment preferences, privacy expectations, and trust mechanisms work differently here. Our dApps reflect that understanding.
Security Without Paranoia
We take security seriously through code audits, penetration testing, and careful key management. But we avoid the fear-mongering common in crypto spaces. Good security should be invisible to users while remaining robust under the surface.

How We Got Here
February 2023 — Starting Point
Three developers with different blockchain backgrounds decided to stop talking about better dApps and actually build them. We set up a small office in Tainan's East District and started working with our first local business client.
August 2023 — First Major Project
Launched a supply chain tracking dApp for a manufacturing client. The project taught us more about real-world blockchain requirements than any previous theoretical work. We also learned that documentation matters just as much as code quality.
March 2024 — Team Growth
Brought Brynjar and Saoirse onboard after realizing we needed deeper technical expertise and better UX thinking. This changed how we approached project planning and significantly improved our delivery quality.
January 2025 — Where We Are Now
Working with eight active clients across retail, logistics, and financial services. We're developing a new framework for faster dApp deployment while maintaining our focus on usability and local market fit. Planning to expand our testing program throughout 2025.
